Gary's experience in construction started in 1989, he worked as a mason tender and did side jobs in landscaping. In 1996, he started working as a cement finisher with Rick Fowler Construction, then became
part owner in 2006 along with obtaining a contractor's license. Currently he is the managing contractor for Rick Fowler Construction. He has Cal OSHA 30hr training, OSHA fall safety, OSHA confined spaces, CPR and First Aid. |

Concrete batch plants, test inspectors, and lab technicians also call for verification on certain additives used in concrete for special applications.Finally we have vast knowledge of Specialty Trades and who does these jobs making it easy for the General Contractor to locate them. |
